This Concert Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for the organization, participation, and attendance at concerts managed or hosted by Eventorian. It aims to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-regulated environment for all attendees, performers, vendors, and staff.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all concerts organized, hosted, or managed by Eventorian, including but not limited to indoor and outdoor events, private and public performances, and partnership productions.

3. General Admission and Attendance

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket issued by Eventorian or an authorized partner.

Age Restrictions

5. Prohibited Items and Behaviors

• Alcohol not purchased within the event premises.
• Laser pointers, drones, or professional-grade cameras (unless authorized).
• Large bags or backpacks exceeding venue-specified dimensions.

Prohibited Behaviors:

• Harassment, violence, or disruptive conduct toward other attendees, staff, or performers.
• Intoxication or use of illegal substances on the premises.
• Unauthorized recording, streaming, or photography of the event.
• Damaging or vandalizing event property or facilities.

6. Health and Safety

• Attendees must follow all posted safety protocols and instructions provided by Eventorian staff.
• In case of emergencies, attendees must evacuate as directed by security personnel or event staff.
• First aid and medical assistance will be available on-site. Attendees are encouraged to report any health or safety concerns to staff immediately.

7. Accessibility

• Eventorian is committed to ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
• Accessibility services may include wheelchair ramps, designated seating, assistive listening devices, and accessible restrooms.

11. Liability and Indemnity

12. Photography, Videography, and Media

13. Alcohol and Substance Use

• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas for attendees of legal drinking age.

14. Weather and Outdoor Events
