Public Visitors Policy

1. Purpose
This policy establishes guidelines for the safe and secure access of public visitors to Eventorian premises while maintaining an environment conducive to business operations, employee safety, and the protection of company assets.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all public visitors, including clients, vendors, contractors, and other non-employees entering Eventorian facilities for any reason.


3. General Policy
Visitors must adhere to the rules and procedures outlined in this policy during their time on company premises. Non-compliance may result in denial of access or removal from the property.

4. Visitor Registration and Access

  • All visitors must check in at the designated reception area upon arrival.
  • Visitors must present a valid government-issued photo ID for identification purposes.
  • Visitors will be required to sign a visitor log, providing their name, contact information, reason for the visit, and the name of their company (if applicable).
  • Visitors will be issued a temporary visitor badge, which must be worn and clearly visible at all times.

5. Accompaniment

  • Visitors must be accompanied by an authorized employee while on the premises, unless otherwise approved by management.
  • Visitors are not permitted to wander freely or access restricted areas without prior authorization.

6. Restricted Areas

  • Certain areas, including but not limited to server rooms, R&D labs, or proprietary manufacturing facilities, are designated as restricted and require prior approval for access.
  • Visitors must comply with all additional security protocols in restricted areas, including signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Visitors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while on the premises.
  • The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
    • Harassment or verbal abuse of employees or other visitors.
    • Use of recording devices (cameras, audio equipment, etc.) without prior written consent.
    • Theft, vandalism, or tampering with company property.
    • Possession of firearms, explosives, or any dangerous items.

8. Health and Safety Requirements

  • Visitors must comply with all posted health and safety regulations, including emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Visitors must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas, as directed by the company.
  • Eventorian reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor exhibiting signs of illness or intoxication.

9. Confidentiality

  • Visitors must not disclose or misuse any confidential information observed or learned while on company premises.
  • Visitors may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before entering certain areas.

10. Emergency Procedures

  • In case of an emergency, visitors must follow the instructions of Eventorian employees and evacuation procedures.
  • Visitors must report any injuries, incidents, or suspicious activities to the nearest company representative immediately.

11. Enforcement

  • Eventorian reserves the right to deny access or remove any visitor who violates this policy.
  • Security personnel may be called to enforce this policy if necessary.

12. Liability

  • Eventorian assumes no responsibility for the personal property of visitors while on the premises.
  • Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by their actions to company property or other individuals.

13. Amendments

  • Eventorian reserves the right to update this policy at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to visitors upon arrival.

14. Acknowledgment
Visitors are required to acknowledge their understanding of this policy by signing a visitor agreement or consent form, which will be retained for company records.
