Bazaar Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Bazaar Policy is to establish guidelines for the organization, participation, and management of bazaars held on or by Eventorian. The policy ensures smooth operations, safety, compliance with legal regulations, and a positive experience for all stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and company representatives.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all bazaars organized by or hosted at Eventorian premises, including internal employee bazaars, community events, and third-party vendor fairs.
3. General Rules
- All bazaars must align with Eventorian's values, mission, and legal obligations.
- Participants, including vendors, customers, and staff, must adhere to this policy throughout the event.
- Bazaars may not be used for activities that promote illegal goods, unsafe practices, discrimination, or political propaganda.
4. Vendor Eligibility and Registration
- Vendors must complete a registration form by the specified deadline, providing accurate information about their products, services, and contact details.
- Vendors must meet the following criteria to participate:
- Hold valid business licenses and permits where applicable.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and tax regulations.
- Ensure the authenticity and legality of goods or services offered.
- Eventorian reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications based on relevance, quality, and compliance.
Vendor Fees
- Vendors may be required to pay a participation fee, as determined by Eventorian.
- Fees must be paid in full by the specified date to secure participation.
5. Booth Allocation and Setup
- Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or as per Eventorian's discretion to ensure variety and balance.
- Vendors must adhere to assigned booth dimensions and configurations.
- Setup and teardown times must be strictly followed. Late setups or early teardowns are not permitted.
- Booth decorations and promotional materials must be professional, safe, and non-offensive.
6. Products and Services
- All products and services offered at the bazaar must be legal, safe, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- The following items are prohibited:
- Illegal or counterfeit goods.
- Dangerous substances, including explosives and flammable materials.
- Items that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Perishable food or beverages without proper health and safety certifications.
Approval of Offerings
- Eventorian reserves the right to approve, limit, or reject specific products or services.
7. Conduct and Responsibilities
- Vendors and customers must behave respectfully and professionally.
- Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their booths.
- Vendors are responsible for the safety of their own property and are encouraged to secure valuables.
8. Health and Safety
- Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations, including fire codes, electrical safety, and food handling requirements.
- All participants must follow emergency procedures as directed by Eventorian staff.
9. Financial Transactions
- Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, including handling cash, digital payments, or issuing receipts.
- Eventorian is not liable for any disputes related to payments or transactions.
10. Liability
- Vendors participate at their own risk. Eventorian is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property.
- Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the premises or other participants due to their actions.
- Vendors must carry appropriate insurance coverage if required.
11. Marketing and Promotions
- Eventorian may promote the bazaar through its marketing channels but is not obligated to guarantee attendance or sales.
- Vendors may advertise their participation but must not use Eventorian's logo or branding without prior approval.
12. Enforcement
- Eventorian reserves the right to remove any vendor or participant violating this policy.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of participation without refund of fees.
13. Environmental Responsibility
- Vendors must minimize waste and use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
- Vendors are responsible for disposing of their waste in designated bins.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
- Eventorian reserves the right to cancel or postpone the bazaar due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation, vendors may be eligible for a refund of their participation fees, excluding administrative costs.
15. Amendments
- Eventorian reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Changes will be communicated to all participants in advance.
