Ticket Policy

1. Purpose

This Ticket Policy sets forth the terms and conditions for purchasing, holding, and using tickets to events organized, hosted, or supported by Eventorian. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all provisions of this policy.

2. Acceptance of Risks

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, property damage, illness, or other incidents associated with attending the event.
• Eventorian shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of the event, regardless of cause.

3. Insurance Requirement

• Ticket holders are required to obtain personal insurance, including health, accident, and property insurance, prior to attending the event. Eventorian strongly recommends securing additional event-related coverage for peace of mind.
• By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder confirms they have adequate insurance coverage in place.

4. Waiver of Liability

• The ticket holder voluntarily waives, releases, and forever discharges Eventorian, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and event partners from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or demands, including but not limited to those related to injury, loss, damage, or death, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event.
• This waiver extends to claims based on negligence, breach of duty, or any other grounds to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Eventorian's maximum liability is limited only to the amount that it received from selling that ticket.

5. No Right to Sue

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder explicitly agrees to forgo any legal action or lawsuit against Eventorian, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and event partners in relation to any injury, damage, or loss arising from their participation in the event.
• The ticket holder understands and accepts this provision as a condition of entry to the event.

6. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Tickets

• All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Eventorian.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.

7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Eventorian reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events at its discretion.
• In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued only at Eventorian’s discretion and may exclude service fees.

8. Conduct at Events

• The ticket holder agrees to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions from Eventorian staff or security personnel.
• Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of the event’s code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

9. Entry Conditions

• Entry to the event is contingent upon presenting a valid ticket and, if applicable, meeting any additional entry requirements (e.g., age restrictions, proof of insurance, or health documentation).
• Eventorian reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to meet these requirements.

10. Photography and Media Release

• By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grants Eventorian the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without compensation.

11. Force Majeure

• Eventorian shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters.

12. Indemnification

• The ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eventorian, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and event partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising out of their attendance or actions during the event.

13. Assumption of Personal Responsibility

• The ticket holder is solely responsible for their personal belongings, safety, and actions during the event.
• Eventorian assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

14. Amendments to Policy

• Eventorian reserves the right to modify this Ticket Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on Eventorian’s official website and/or communicated via email to ticket purchasers.

15. Governing Law

• This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of this policy or the event will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
