Acknowledgments

  • Insurance: All vendors must carry appropriate insurance and provide copies upon request. Food vendors are also required to hold food handler and valid regional Food Permit (such as York Region Public Health).
  • Set up: Vendors must be fully set up and ready at least two hours before the festival begins each day. You may access the venue from 9:00 a.m. each day to set up your tables, which must be ready for patrons by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 4pm on Friday.
  • Parking: Parking is free for all vendors. We recommend using the parking lot located far away from the Festival & Expo after loading in/out to let visitors be more comfortable. Please arrive on time to avoid confusion or delays.
  • Responsibilities: The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Festival Committee, its officers, staff, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the event.
  • Power: Electricity is available at the request and due to power limitations it would affect the location of your tabel. Food vendors are responsible for bringing their own long, double-outlet extension cords along with doc-tape to secure them. Vendors using cooking equipment must have appropriate fire extinguishers on hand and follow all the fire protocols.
  • Cleaning: All vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around their booths at all times. Vendors are also responsible for cleaning their tables every night after the festival ends.
  • Wastes: Each food vendor is required to provide a trash bin at their booth, and vendors are responsible for their own wastes. Trash must be emptied nightly by the vendor.  Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in a clean-up fine.
  • Food handling: Food vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations and must provide valid food handler certification and proof of insurance.
  • Licenses: All vendors who are required by law to provide licenses for their profession SHOULD provide all necessary licenses.
  • Extra Banner: Vendor can bring their own banners and put them securely at the back of their tables, no banner is allowed to block others or the entrance of tents.
  • Extra Table: Bringing your own table is prohibited.

  • Date: Fri Aug 21 from 3PM ~ 11PM, Sat 11AM ~ 11PM, Sun 11AM 11PM
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon signing the application to confirm your spot and it is non-refundable. payments should be E-transfer to: TimesTheMultimedia@gmail.com
